Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility

Returns and refunds are available only for local orders within Kuwait.

Customized items (including products with names, initials, or letters) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Home sprays, diffusers, and products that include plants and flowers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Condition of Returned Items

Products eligible for return or refund must be in the same condition as sold, unused, and in their original packaging.

 

Timeframe

Return and refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

 

Delivery and Return Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return delivery fees may be applied for return requests.

 

Fragile Products

Please note that many of our products are highly fragile. We take great care in packaging and delivering them safely; however, we do not guarantee any damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care once the product has been delivered.

 

International Orders

For international deliveries, we ensure the highest standards of packaging to minimize the risk of damage. However, as international shipments are handled by third-party couriers, Material cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.
