Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Kuwait)

  • Orders placed before 7:00 PM are delivered on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

  • A delivery fee of 2 KD is applied at checkout. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable even in the case of returns.

GCC Shipping (Gulf Countries)

  • Orders require 2 days for processing before shipment.

  • Delivery takes approximately 5 business days after dispatch.
